This policy covers newrali.com — the marketing and documentation site. The Newrali application at app.newrali.com is governed by its own terms and data-processing commitments, presented at sign-up.

What this site collects

• Server logs. Our hosting and content-delivery provider processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve pages and defend against abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
• No tracking cookies, no ad tech. The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-preserving, cookieless service reporting aggregate counts only — and this policy will be updated first.
• Local preferences. Your theme choice and dismissed announcements are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.

What you might send us

• Newsletter. If you submit your email address, we use it to send the list you asked for — nothing else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, honored immediately.
• Direct contact. Email you send us is used to answer you. We don't add correspondents to marketing lists.

Third parties

The site links out to services with their own privacy practices — our community on Discord, scheduling tools, and the Newrali application. Following those links is subject to their policies, not this one.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Given how little this site collects, the honest answer is usually "we have nothing" — but ask any time: privacy@newrali.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes to what we collect will be announced on the site before they take effect.
