What's New: A Faster, Sharper, More Trustworthy Workspace

This has been our biggest stretch of work yet — a full rebuild of the experience from the ground up. Here’s the highlight reel.

A cohesive workspace that finally looks and feels like one

We rebuilt the core layout from scratch. There’s now a clean, consistent sidebar for jumping between workspaces and modules — adapting to wherever you are, and a distinctive background that subtly shifts color depending on which part of the product you’re in — so you always have a sense of place, even before you’ve read a word on screen. Favorites, recents, and quick keyboard shortcuts make getting around fast.

That’s not all. We rolled a single, cohesive design language across the entire product — sign-in, settings, dialogs, shared pages, even error screens — so nothing feels bolted on anymore. One consistent look, top to bottom.

Truly flexible tables to manage your data

The tables at the heart of the product went from simple lists to a genuine power tool. Sort, pin, reorder, and group columns; save your favorite view and share it with your team; navigate entirely by keyboard; and search everything from one clean, always-in-reach search bar. If a search comes up empty, we now tell you exactly why — and give you one click to fix it.

Find anything, do anything, instantly

A new command palette that feels familiar (just hit the shortcut) lets you jump straight to any page — collections, reports, settings, and more — from anywhere in the product.

And if you’re ever unsure what something does, press ”?” on any page for help that’s actually relevant to what you’re looking at — not a generic help center that leaves you searching.

Stronger account security

New accounts are now guided through a quick, optional setup step to add stronger sign-in protection — including passkeys, so you can sign in securely without typing a password at all.

Command Center: your data, organized and connected

• Collections got a major upgrade, including a one-click way to split a field into a whole set of organized collections at once — a huge time-saver for organizing large amounts of information.
• Properties — the tags and attributes you attach to your data — are now far more flexible and reliable, with clear ownership so adding information to one item never accidentally changes another.
• Sources and reports were rebuilt on our new table technology, with faster browsing, richer detail views, and reports you can now build, filter, and export just as easily as any other data.
• Comments and mentions now actually work the way you’d expect — tag a teammate and they’ll be notified, with a cleaner inbox that surfaces what’s meant for you.
• PDF export now produces polished, on-brand documents straight from the product.

Special Operations: built for running live events at scale

• A cleaner, simpler way to manage roles, teams, and invite links — including invite links that can automatically assign someone to the right role and team the moment they join.
• Custom fields for people and teams, so you can capture exactly the information your event needs.
• A brand-new visual triage builder that shows you, at a glance, where incoming submissions are headed — with smart alerts when something might be misrouted.
• A dedicated analytics dashboard for organizers, including an AI assistant that can propose useful charts for you (always built from real data — never invented).
• A guided data export wizard for pulling clean, organized exports of your event’s data.
• A full mission-control-style event schedule, with a live countdown, milestones, time zone support for global events, and one-click calendar downloads.
• Safer event setup, with a “Go Live” step that makes sure your event is properly configured before it opens to participants.
• Plus dozens of smaller improvements to onboarding, admin tools, and performance — tested and tuned for events with over a thousand participants running around the clock.

It’s been a season of foundational work: a new look, tools that scale with serious teams, and a smarter, faster experience from top to bottom. More soon.
